I agree that, all helpers are placed within the gazetted national minimum wage and consideration of market prices.
2025 Minimum salary rate for our helpers

a. Stay in Full time R4 850.00
b. Stay Out Full time (Minimum 4 days a week)  R5 500.00
c. Part time (Maximum 3 times a week) R400.00
d. Once-Off R500.00

I agree that these are factors considered that may increase salary rate.

a. Location and transportation cost
b. Overtime and/or Holidays
c. Number of people and/or pets within a household.
d. The more experienced the helper, the more payment they might require.
